"A Complex Business"

Shatterprufe is a complex business encompassing manufacturing, distribution, import and export. The relationship with other group companies can provide both opportunities and challenges due to "political" considerations. All in all I enjoyed my time at Shatterprufe immensely and learned a great deal there.

I was fortunate to have worked for Shatterprufe as a representative, then sales centre manager and then progressed to regional sales centre manager. In this time I was exposed to great leadership and fantastic study opportunities. This organisation is fast paced and exciting. A premium product that has proven itself over many years.

"Fast paced environment"

You have to have nerves of steel working in a fast paced environment. It is a 9 to 5 job with benefits (pension, medical) and it has lots to offer. Sometimes you have to work unpredictable hours (long shifts) and there are slim chances of growth. But the company does offer you the opportunity to study on their expense. You have a great salary, working with fun people. Sometimes there are cases of inequality and discrimination.
