SNC is great company offering many professional advantages and excellent good working conditions ! Unfortunately we cannot say the same thing about the "left" management /professionals ! Compared with up to 2008/2009 the amount of incompetent / unprofessional people in the company , today ,in2015 ,is way too high . And this is what is hurting SNC , not the lack of work which is "common " our days in all consulting engineering companies .

It is a friendly environment to work in and you’ll get along well with management and your co-workers. They are very patient and some of them act as your mentor during your training. The job is never boring, because every day brings new challenges.

Having worked at SNC Lavalin in their Morningside office, near Sandton City for 3 years, I have no hesitation of recomending the company as an excellent company to work for.
