Solomon Brothers Property Holdings was established by David Solomon, Irving Solomon and Jeffrey Solomon together with Godfrey Shev. They are a major commercial property development firm in Cape Town, Western Cape. They have developed some of Cape Town’s most prestigious commercial properties with their flagship property in their thick property portfolio being The Promenade, situated in Camps Bay, a well-off suburb in Cape Town and boasting with 180° views of the Camps Bay beach. It is also here where they decided to house their head office. They specialise in the redevelopment of commercial sites, construction of multi-storey residential complexes as well as developing and managing the Camps Bay Promenade - one of the South Africa’s most sought after properties. Some of their most noted past projects include The Four Seasons residential complex, The Square residential complex and Harbour View residential complex.
