Yes, this is a good construction company overall. However I can recall times where we had to work under dangerous conditions, which is not out of the ordinary for someone working in the construction industry. Stefanutti ensured that the sufficient things were put into place to ensure our safety. I will never leave this company because they treat their employees with dignity and respect.

For the period I worked for SS I found it a very professional company. Which took their social / professional responsibility towards their employees very serious. Amazing growth scope in many a field and job security.

Good experience and exposure. If you work hard you get additional salary. But company shows signs of discrimination and favouritism. Workers work well together. Dangerous conditions: shortage of protective equipment. Bad management and long working hours.
