"Steinmuller well progress"

The management is very good and understanding. You can always ask for help if you are struggling. Most of the co-workers are co-operative, but some take advantage of you dumping their work on you. There are good communication. A typical day at work is very hard and you have to work under constant pressure, some senior managers tend to hire their relatives with less or no particular skills.
Pros
- Real opportunity for carrier growth
- Good salary standards and benefits
- Excellent experience
Cons
- Work places less safe!
- Despite good payment, ther is always loads of work to do.
- Most likely to be supervised by less learned and skilled individuals.
- Life threatening working conditions, more especially mine fabrications and pipe replcement
- High chances of employee favouritism for ass kissing
