"Not a place to work if you're working as a temp"

TNS serves a great purpose. It connects brands with the public. It connects employers with employees, the government with the country and so forth. In other words, it's a medium. Make no mistake, to work there, it's better to have a degree and experience. If you don't have either, the best position you get will be on a temporary basis. And unless you're willing to work almost ten years there, chances of getting a permanent position is very slim. If you're looking for experience, I've got no argument with you, but if you want to build your future, as soon as you've been there for six months, start looking for something better.
