Although I had my differences with one individuals; I still maintain that the Inbound department is still one of the best in the Industry. Unlike some companies, where I had to follow up and even book excursions where the agent slipped up; Tourvest did their job so well! Guides don't have to worry about bookings or coaches or even their salaries. Some moan about the uniform, but it is so neat and looks professional. I worked with them since 1993 and they even pay their guides 10% commission. I regret the day that just one person and I had our differences.
