The company reflects German efficiency and technology. It is a socially responsible player in the region and I am proud to have been associated some years ago. It would be an easy decision for me if they offered me employment again.

I would like to say that the VW Group as a whole is the best company to work for. I worked on projects a few years back in conjunction with VWSA & VW Saltzgitter and Leipzig. It was an awesome experience working with experts in the fields of technology and science. I wish the company all of the best both locally & international.

The company has great management that makes every employee feel appreciated. The job environment is very busy and often no room for growth. The company only offers contractual work with no benefits.

Working for Volkswagen can be stressful at times so it is very important to have strong relationships with co-workers to get the job done faster and keep the working environment pleasant. Management is under a lot of pressure to produce good quality cars. You have to work long stressful hours and under a year-to-year contract. Sometimes favoritism plays a role especially with promotions and job opportunities.

The opportunities for advancement to secure and increase the individual’s potential is enormous. Individuals are allowed to grow with the company and join with new and improved technology and advanced systems. Here, all individuals are seen as one family and venturing different avenues to accomplish more is encouraged and suggested. Each idea is regarded as a proposal and entertained as such. Individuals are moulded to appreciate and understand why sacrifices are important in life, e.g. substituting a normal social life for advancement and opportunity to study and improve your academic qualifications further thus enabling the individual to advance. There are various scopes and the sky is the limit.Opportunities for interactions is encouraging as there are various workshops running throughout the year. Due to advancement in technology training is of the utmost importance and VWSA caters for these types of scenarios with assessments included, to view and understand the individuals short comings. These results assist the company to further improve and enhance the individual’s potential.
