"Employee Treatment"

Workwear Depot employee. Treatment is appalling. During the interview stages, you are promised a professional environment, but it is far from it. The staff turnover rate is extremely high as Workwear Depot does not treat their staff equally or professionally. I would not advise anyone to work for this company if they are seeking career development or experience, as there is no room for growth. The MD does not value his employees or give any recognition for good work. Salary is below market-related levels and you are required to do more than what your job description requires.

I am sure i speak on behalf of 80% of the employees at this company, when it comes to the way Workwear Depot handles how it pays its employees. Many of the employees are loyal to the company and get paid way less than a market related salary. It is also disappointing and somewhat disturbing as to how the MD speaks to employees. Surely paying someone a salary does not in any way give anyone the right to undermine a human being. I would also like to highlight the above 2 paragraphs as being the main reasons for having a high level of people leaving the company, which is is at quite an exciting stage with all the growth. I for one, enjoy working for this company, as the experience is invaluable. If only the MD would appreciate a fraction of the value that his employees add to the company. Without these employees, Workwear Depot as well as the MD would not be where it is.
