Purpose
Create, maintain, and improve the overall digital environment of a dedicated client portfolio with the purpose of building a credible relationship with clients, ensuring their marketing objectives are reached and services are timely delivered. Facilitating and actioning of client requests and managing internal communication, processes and external expectations.
In addition to managing relationships, it will be required to manage all associated digital assets and accurately represent the clients’ interests and objectives within the company's scope and limitations.
Duties and Responsibilities
? A strong understanding of Meta and its platforms.
? Creating and maintaining Paid Media, Organic Content, Social Assets and Budget Requirements.
? Understanding performance and have the ability to provide concise feedback to clients
? Research required information using available resources (External and Internal)
? Upkeep and enhance understanding through Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other online certifications
? Maintain client relationships and objectives
? Update and maintain service deliverables on relevant company sheets to ensure accurate billing
? Identify and escalate priority issues to Marketing Executives
? Follow up on outstanding requests in order to complete tasks and deliver within set or provided timelines
? Complete all assigned tasks/requests received
? Assist Marketing Executive's with any action items needing completion
? Understand and decide on appropriate placements, campaign types, and objectives for best return on budget
? Updating and managing of any active lead integration set ups to ensure it is correctly delivered to the client
? Monitoring the status of internal requests and managing client expectations
? Monitoring all active campaigns to ensure performance is satisfactory
? Understand the relationships between marketing channels (Meta, Google, Website, Content)
Minimum requirements
? Grade 12 Certificate
? Previous Account Management/Customer Service/Traffic Control experience
? Automative retail knowledge/experience preferred
? Tertiary qualification preferred
Abilities / Skills required
? Meta Business Suite
? Efficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
? Email etiquette
? Possesses strong English language skills
? Comfortable with communicating with clients telephonically or online
? Strong attention to detail
? Time management skills (Deliver within deadlines)
? Adaptability and flexibility to meet company's goals
? Problem solving skills (addressing client concerns and finding solutions to their challenges)
