Job Description:
Monthly management accounts, payroll, cash flow management, payments.
Liaising with auditors through the audit process.
Statutory work such as CIPC filings.
Managing the compliance function and dealing with the outsourced FAIS compliance officers.
Engaging with the marketing team.
General operational management.
HR management for a small organisation.

Qualifications: ?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CIMA or similar
At least two years of relevant experience.
Experience in managing financial statements and management accounting.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-driven with an outstanding work ethic.
Experience in the investment industry is a plus.
