• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and achieve stellar sales targets.
• Tackle client concerns head-on and devise innovative airfreight solutions to meet their evolving needs.
• Oversee the entire forwarding lifecycle, ensuring relevance, efficiency, and top-notch service delivery from start to finish.
• Develop competitive pricing agreements and manage airfreight schedules with a keen eye on cost structures and market trends.
• Lead and inspire the airfreight team, coaching and motivating them to hit performance targets and align with our overall strategy.

Essential Qualifications:
• FIATA Diploma or relevant degree.

• Valid driver’s license and own car.
