Airports Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all airport activities comply with the Aerodrome Manual and relevant regulations.
Consult with individuals to ensure compliance and have the authority to halt activities if standards are not met.
Establish and maintain communication with the SACAA to ensure correct compliance procedures are followed.
Report findings and consultations directly to the board of directors.
Oversee safety, quality management, and staff competency across the organization.
Coordinate and monitor daily airport operations in alignment with the Aerodrome Manual, legal requirements, and Civil Aviation Regulations.
Manage and update manuals, NOTAMs, AIPs, AICs, ANRs, and statutory acts, including municipal by-laws.
Oversee the serviceability of all navigational aids.
Coordinate airport maintenance activities.
Foster an administrative environment that prioritizes morale and safety.

MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Five years’ experience
