Are you a results-driven operational leader with a proven track record in shared services, infrastructure planning, and asset governance? We’re recruiting for a to join a respected organisation in South Africa’s private healthcare sector.

Lead the implementation, optimisation, and national rollout of shared services that support the full lifecycle of clinical and non-clinical assets — from acquisition and commissioning to compliance, maintenance, and disposal.

You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and regulatory compliance across a national footprint.

? Developing and executing a national shared services strategy
? Leading multidisciplinary teams across asset management functions
? Driving service standards, performance monitoring, and process improvement
? Ensuring asset compliance to healthcare and safety regulations
? Collaborating with hospital, finance, engineering, and procurement teams
? Embedding a values-driven, accountable, and performance-based culture

?? A relevant bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial)
?? Have either an MBA or a Six Sigma black belt certification (or an equivalent credential in process improvement). Candidates with equivalent professional experience in lieu of formal credentials will also be considered
?? At least 10 years’ experience in senior leadership within a technical or healthcare context
?? Deep understanding of asset management
?? Experience leading large teams and complex shared services operations
? Strong knowledge of OHSA, ISO 55000 and other compliance standards
?? Proven ability to work across functions and manage change at scale
