Job Description
The main purpose of the Assistant Pack station Manager is to assist the General Manger in the daily operation and planning of the Egg Pack station.

Making sure that sales orders are packed and that eggs are graded accordingly as specified by the regulations.
To ensure a safe working environment and that the products going out to the market are food safe and that the facility is food safe accredited.
Assisting in the management of HR for the Pack station employees and to lead and manage the supervisor team.
Making sure that the Pack station is operating efficiently and that the waste is managed and kept to the minimum.

Qualification
DOE Senior Matric Certificate or any proven higher form of education passed
Min of 2-year work experience in pack station management or similar environment.
Stock control, planning, team leading, attention to detail
Fluently speaking reading and writing English
Attention to detail.
Accuracy / organizing.
• Computer literate /Microsoft Office
• Willing to relocate to Brandfort in the Free State
