We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our Azure cloud infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of cloud engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Azure resources, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Performance Optimization: Implement and monitor performance metrics to identify and address bottlenecks, maximizing system efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align cloud operations with organizational goals.
Automation and Innovation: Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall efficiency.
Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven hands-on experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer).
Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in Azure.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
