BRANCH MANAGER (STEEL, TUBE & FLUID INDUSTRY)
WORCESTER, WESTERN CAPE PROVINCE

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• Syspro experience (Advantageous)
• Incumbent must have extensive experience in the STEEL INDUSTRY (ESSENTIAL)
• Must at least have 3 years’ experience in a management position (either as a Branch Manager or managing your own business within the Steel industry)
• Experience and knowledge required of Steel & plate; Hardware, including Industrial Hardware as well as Fluid Control (Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Flanges, Pumps, Irrigation)
• 2 years’ working experience in Retail Sales as well as Branch Managers’ experience required. Needs to be able to manage all aspects of the Branch.
• Must have knowledge about the following: Sales Management; Procurement Management; Inventory Management; Personnel Management; Account Payable and Receivable; Warehouse Management; Fleet Management; Income Statement Management; Internal Policies and Procedures Management & Cash Management
• Candidate needs to know the Western Cape well and reside in the area
• Understand the market & culture of Steel industry
• Understand retail processes and procedures
• Must have a strong personality and be able to lead and manage a team effectively
• Must be computer literate
• Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements)
• Open to candidates willing to relocate to Worcester (Western Cape Province)
