Requirements:

- Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients
- Cold Calling
- Identify and qualify leads generated from
various marketing campaigns
- Contact businesses to promote our services and the benefits of e-waste recycling
- Record and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM
- Set appointments for our sales team to close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential clients
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in the use of CRM, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of e-waste recycling industry or a background in environmental conservation is a plus

Salary:

R10 000 - R15 000 basic salary per month plus commission
