Our client is looking for an experienced sales / business development consultant with Access Control or similar industry knowledge to market & sell their range solutions within South Africa and the SADC region. Ensure products & services remain relevant through market / product development and client interaction. Grow market share, promote brand & reputation, assist with tenders, source new clients, service existing clients, build & manage relationships, strategic account planning, presentations, billing, quotes, client needs analysis, source or develop products / solutions, build & manage a sales pipeline, etc.

Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets, excellent prospecting & negotiation skills, good communication and CRM skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time. Tertiary qualification in marketing / sales or related field would be advantageous.

This is a hybrid role with limited travel into the SADC regions which will increase as this market grows. The ctc basic salary is between R360-R420k pa plus commission. Provident fund.

Qualifications:
• BBA, BCom Marketing or similar
• 5+ years exp in Access Control or similar
• Tender preparation experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Effective time management
• Proven track record of meeting /exceeding sales targets
