Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation – Map, document, and refine business workflows and procedures.
Data Collection & Monitoring – Implement and manage tools like BPM systems, process mining, and automation platforms to track performance.
Data Analysis & Process Discovery – Analyse process data, visualize workflows, and uncover optimization opportunities.
Process Optimization & Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance process flow through automation.
Business Intelligence & Reporting – Define key process metrics (KPIs), generate insights, and present recommendations to leadership.
Non-negotiable
IT Support & Systems Admin
2-4 years in business process modelling/workflows.
Minimum Requirement
Education: Matric (Required), Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (Advantageous)
Certifications (Preferred): Business Process Management (BPM), Business Analysis
Experience: 2-4 years in business process modeling/workflows
Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, detail-oriented approach, and a passion for process optimization
