Our client, a leading provider of information technology services, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Calypso to join their team on a 6 – 12 month contract. The position is fully remote. This role offers a robust platform for career growth, but we are seeking candidates who have already demonstrated success as a Calypso developer. A deep understanding of the back-office domain and associated features is essential, along with extensive experience in agile methodologies and commonly used development tools.

Key Responsibilities
Strong stakeholder management skills
Expertise in Capital Markets, with exposure to various asset classes, including FX, Commodities, and Fixed Income products, and familiarity with their respective product lifecycles
Hands-on technical development experience with Calypso, covering the design, coding, testing, modification, and implementation of new or existing software features
Close collaboration with Development Managers, writing clean, scalable code, creating testing protocols, fixing bugs, and deploying applications
Advanced proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript and Java
An understanding of the functional and regulatory environment within Capital Markets

Minimum Requirements
