Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Informatics.
Project Management certifications , such as CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation, to support structured project delivery.
Certifications in Change Management (beneficial).
3 years of project and change management exp, with a strong track record of successfully leading and completing projects.

Experience in managing projects related to information systems Implementation with an ability to adapt change practices to support technical deployments
Trading and risk, Capital Markets,  Trading, management systems
Stakeholder engagement and communication planning
Managing complex stakeholder relationships 
Facilitation experience in conducting workshops and group discussions,
Resolving conflicts
Experience in impact assessment
