Role Purpose
The Client Lead is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, spearheading the development of innovative client service solutions that drive measurable results. As the client’s champion within the agency, this role ensures seamless collaboration across teams to deliver work that is not just aligned with business goals but exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Partnership
o Serve as the strategic leader and advisor for key client accounts, guiding them on achieving business objectives through cutting-edge digital and advertising solutions.
o Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, competitors, and industry trends to provide pro-active, forward-thinking strategies.
o Foster relationships at all levels of the client organisation, from senior executives to operational teams, positioning the agency as a valuable partner.
Campaign Leadership and Delivery
o Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and flawless execution.
o Partner with internal teams to manage resources, workflows, and deliverables, keeping all projects on time and within budget.
o Continuously evaluate campaign performance, offering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimise results.

Agency Growth and Innovation
o Identify opportunities for organic account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing innovative solutions.
o Partner with new business teams to pitch for expanded scopes and new clients, leveraging deep knowledge of the digital and advertising landscape.
o Act as a thought leader by staying ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring the agency remains competitive and future-ready.

Team Leadership and Development
o Mentor and guide junior account staff, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
o Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, inspiring them to produce groundbreaking, results-driven work.
o Act as the glue between creative, strategy, media, and production, ensuring cross-functional harmony.

Experience & Expertise
o Proven Track Record: 7+ years in client services, account management, or consulting in the digital marketing or advertising space, with hands-on experience managing complex, high-value accounts.
o Digital Mastery: Deep expertise across digital channels (social, search, programmatic, email, content marketing) and familiarity with emerging trends like AI, influencer marketing, and Web3.
o Leadership in Action: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and build trust at all levels.
