We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the Theatre team at a private hospital in KZN, Durban. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care and advancing nursing practices.

Requirements:

Nursing diploma
Post-basic Operating Theatre diploma (essential)
Registered with South African Nursing council
At least 5 years of scrubbing experience in a multi-disciplinary hospital setting
Strong mentoring abilities and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of clinical governance, best practice processes, policies, and risk management within the Theatre environment and clinical practice
Computer literate
