SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has become available as Clinical Operations Manager for a Renal Dialysis Clinical Provider. The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving and implementing the clinical operations function within dialysis units in line with company’s strategic objectives of growth, quality treatment and people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic direction & leadership to the dialysis centers within the area of responsibility.
Oversee & manage day-to-day operations.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends & implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency & patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with unit managers to establish operational goals, action plans and performance targets.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of unit managers, nurses and support staff.
Develop training programs to enhance staff competencies.
Develop and manage budgets.
Monitor financial performance.
Collaborate with finance and medical aid claims teams to ensure accurate billing, revenue collection and timely financial reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant business qualification
5 Year’s proven leadership and management experience within private healthcare
Knowledge of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role-players including understanding of relevant legislation and regulations relating to the healthcare industry.
Understanding of change management principles.
Drivers license.
