RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee export logistics, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
Optimize supply chain processes to maintain product quality and minimize losses.
Manage a multidisciplinary team, including laboratory operations for product testing.
Develop and implement forecasting models to inform harvesting and procurement strategies.
Act as a Key Account Manager, building relationships with growers and providing market insights.
Play an integral role in Sales and Operations Planning for supply chain optimization.
Ensure adherence to food safety, environmental, and social standards across operations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong background in agriculture or supply chain management. You bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or Supply Chain Management.
5+ years of management experience in post-harvest or supply chain operations, preferably within fresh produce.
Proven expertise in international trade, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
A passion for innovation and collaboration, coupled with proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
