We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manager! The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of contract management principles. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of technicians, installer assistants, and customer service representatives, driving them to achieve departmental objectives and sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally, and identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards, practices, product details, and services offered.
• Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including proposal/quotation submission, pricing, and account management.
• Monitor department performance, analyze client feedback, and implement strategies to minimize recurring issues and improve service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations, restrictions, and laws.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed and customer service provided to guarantee quality and thoroughness.
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and subcontractors.
• Mentor, train, and conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
• Actively participate in the successful integration of new clients.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company procedures.
• Achieve departmental revenue targets.

Qualifications:
• Previous Contract Manager Experience (Ten Years)
• Experience in Contract Law, (JBC, NEC and FEDIC)
• Experienced in Managing Large Projects.
• Proven experience in contract management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Deep understanding of contract principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
