This Construction Company working throughout South Africa and Africa was founded in Cape Town in 2012 as a Civil Engineering Construction Company specialising in Civils & PT Systems. It has developed into so much more, with multiple divisions and offices in Gauteng, Durban & Namibia.

The Company is looking for suitably qualified Contracts Manager – Civils/Concrete Structures & PT Systems to be based in Durban

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource and subcontractor management.
• Negotiation and procurement skills.
• Knowledge of contract specifications and documents.
• Leadership in staff development and motivation.
• Health and Safety standards management.
• Effective planning and organization.
• Site Cost Management
• Willingness to travel

Qualifications and Experience
• Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• SACPCMP Construction Manager registration or proof of actively pursuing the registration with a timeline of the planned reg date (or ECSA registered)
• 5-8 years' experience in managing contracts.
• Experience in Structures & Concrete works.
• Familiarity with project specifications, and various contract documents
• Must be able to run small to medium sized projects concurrently.
