Reporting to the Debtors Manager

We are currently looking for a Credit Controller to oversee allocated debtors (specific accounts) within the debtor's book, meet monthly targets, and maintain general accounting and administrative functions associated with the role and supervise credit controllers

Qualifications:
Matric
Finance certificate (advantageous)
5 - 7 Years Credit Controller experience Syspro system knowledge (advantageous)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Capturing of bank statements daily
Must be able to allocate payments as per remittances/recons. Managing your own Debtors Book
Reporting to Management on the status of the debtor’s book Collection of amounts due within reasonable time period. Visiting customers if required
Sorting out queries if and where necessary
Must be able to liaise appropriately with customers telephonically and on email. +/- 300-700 Accounts (key accounts)
