SUMMARY

We are seeking a young dynamic customer care consultant /internal sales consultant to support a thriving international sales team.

The successful candidate must have SAP

Be a part of something great and work as part of a multi-skilled Customer Care Team.

You will be engaging with Customers via inbound phone and email contact handling Quotes, Sales Orders and general sales and customer service enquiries.

As a born communicator and aspiring salesperson, you will also engage with Customers via outbound contact campaigns to generate new sales orders and/or leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurate and timely
response to Customer requests for Quotes
system entry of Sales Orders
Response to general Customer enquiries
Outbound Customer contact as part of sales campaigns
Handling of Customer Complaints
Adherence to agreed processes and Quality systems
Debtors & Creditors Functions
Purchase Order Processing
Logistics
Inventory Control

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
MS Office
Must have SAP
Proven track record in sales
Significant time spent working as part of a customer care/service team handling sales-related customer contact via telephone and email
Complaint handling
