Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:
• Processing orders and handling all correspondence.
• Selling of products/services and processing goods returned as well as customer queries.
• Assist with stock count and in the warehouse.
• Communicate with the Sales Manager/Technical Advisor regarding pricing.
• Customer feedback in a strict turnaround time.
• Proactive with the internal departments offering products due to being out of stock or alternative options.

Requirements:
• Matric certificate.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience with SAP.
• Drivers license.
• Problem solving and organizational skills.
• Good mathematic skills.
