My client, a leading provider of IT solutions, is looking for a highly experienced D365 Principal Technical Solution Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead enterprise-level technology strategies, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and mentor technical teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end D365 solution design and implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align D365 capabilities with strategic objectives.
Define technology strategies, innovation roadmaps, and architecture standards.
Lead and mentor solution architects, developers, and functional consultants.
Ensure best practices in solution architecture, integrations, and cloud deployments.
Govern architectural solutions, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
Design and implement integrations between D365 applications and third-party systems.
Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
Provide technical leadership in pre-sales and business development efforts.

Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management.
10+ years in enterprise solution architecture, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365(ERP & CRM).
Proven experience leading large-scale D365 implementations.
Expertise in Azure cloud technologies, Power Platform, DevOps, and integrations.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and datagovernance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable architectures.
Leadership experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly desirable.
