The Database Administrator and Initiative Lead will play a critical role in enhancing the performance and resilience of enterprise database systems. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring high availability, automating maintenance tasks, securing database access, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Design and assess SQL Server environments for high availability and redundancy.
Automate tasks like indexing, patching, and backups.
Identify and recommend redesigns for performance-heavy applications.
Audit and secure external access to production databases.
Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.
Preferred: Microsoft SQL certifications (MCSA, MCSE).
5+ years in enterprise-level DBA roles.
Expertise in HA/DR solutions, performance tuning, automation (e.g., PowerShell, SQL Agent, Azure), and secure data governance.
