Our client is looking to employ as Distribution /Warehouse Supervisor based in Wetton

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing and guiding a team
Supervising warehouse and distribution center operations
Preparing and analysing order and delivery reports
Applying critical thinking and solving complex problems
Handling industrial relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
Skilled in drafting and sending clear, professional email communications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric with Bachelor pass that includes maths
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transport
5 + Years Supervisor in Manufacturing / FMCG / Distribution in Food / Cosmetics Pharmaceutical
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems like Odoo, Sage, Xero, Syspro, and SAP
