We are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking consultant for a BPO, details bellow:

Duties:
?Responding to customer queries and services via Email and Chat
?Provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns
?Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
?Stay up to date on product features and specifications, and promotions to provide informed responses to customer enquiries

Requirements:
?Speak, read & write Dutch

Salary:
? 27 500 CTC
