Our Client in the Finance industry is looking for a Specialist ERP (Finance) to do the end-to-end Functional and Technical custodian of the applicable ERP product suite, with a customer success centric mindset, the Specialist ERP (Finance) will oversee and manage all execution within the platform for their domain of accountability.

Responsibilities
Specialist ERP (Finance) include governance, analysis, improvement, design, monitoring, innovation, availability management and risk management relating to the SAP Finance and Cost Controlling domain
Contribute to the vision and strategy for the ERP Platform delivery model
Contribute to the development of the ERP Platform FI/CO Roadmap and Technology Plans
Assist and contribute to the ERP Platform plans including maintenance and improvement
Identify and share the value drivers for the ERP Platform across the organisation
Be adaptable to change of the business and Technology strategies through the ERP Platform practices and services
Assist with identifying areas of cost and productivity improvement and contribute ideas to the planning process
Assist with the establishment and governance of the ERP Platform practices and processes in collaboration with suppliers and the broader Platform Teams
Ensure effective and efficient delivery of ERP services and solutions to the Functions and Operations and take responsibility for the support of all applicable ERP activities
Ensure interactions for both producers and consumers of ERP FI/CO
Adhere to the Technology processes and procedures specifically the customer engagement, change and communication plans and strategies
Ensure service level requirements of the ERP Platform are clearly articulated and managed
Manage and monitor ERP FI/CO activities including incidents, change requests and escalations
Manage the support vendor on delivery within the module in terms of SLA, deliverable timelines and quality
Monitor the performance of the Service Management Platform and work with the suppliers to identify and close gaps / issues
Effectively manage the relevant assets of the ERP Platform, including procedures, policies and costs maintain a strong awareness of business processes that the ERP Platform supports and seek to continuously
collaborate with Business representatives improve the processes while minimizing disruption
Be a key contact for Finance and Treasury ERP activities and effectively manage relationships with the Function and Operation teams

Qualification
Degree or equal relevant qualification (BTech, Degree etc)
7 years’ experience as a ERP Specialist
SAP FI/CO Certification
