We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Executive: Customer & Fintech Applications to lead our strategic initiatives in the fintech space. This pivotal role will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Be an integral member of the Executive team in driving the companies and it’s IT solutions into the future
Formulate and implement strategies for customer-centric and fintech applications that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
Translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps that foster innovation and drive growth.
Execution of strategic development on Stores/POS Solutions as well as customer & virtual products within the Group
Identify and mitigate risks associated with FinTech initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory
CAPEX and OPEX budget (setup and management and executing)
Store financial switching management (3rd parties)

Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus).
10+ years’ experience in senior management
10+ years’ experience in experience working with financial systems & with digital solutions systems
A proven track record of success in a leadership role within the fintech or technology industry.
Experience in banking / financial services will be advantageous
Extensive experience in software development, with a focus on customer-centric, store solutions and fintech applications.
Demonstrated experience in leading innovation and prototyping initiatives.
A history of successfully managing and mentoring technical teams.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or fintech are a plus.
