Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements for digital projects and rewards solutions.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and project objectives.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and ensure clarity.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and other project participants to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, to support project delivery.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use cases, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with testing teams to validate requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
5 years experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst, particularly in Digital Projects and Rewards environments essential.
Strong background in Agile methodologies and demonstrated ability to gather, analye, and document requirements to drive project success.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI), SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management platforms is advantageous.
