FIELD SALES/MARKETING AGENTS
We are looking for pleasant and outgoing sales agents/promoters that thrive in attracting new customers.
No experience is required only a good personality, a willingness to listen and learn, with an outgoing and professional manner.
The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making product presentations, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects.
No Experience is Needed

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide all the needed information on the product being promoted.
Create a positive image and lead potential customers to use it.
Identify interest as well as understand the customer needs and requirements.
Distribute pamphlets, product samples and branded merchandise etc. to source new sales opportunities.
Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customers.

Requirements
Outgoing and friendly personality with a drive to succeed
Any work experience as a promoter/marketer/sales - would be advantageous
Customer oriented approach
Ability to handle different types of personalities.
Strong listening, communication, presentation and social skills.
Attention to detail.

We are able to offer a range of products available to customers ranging from;
Funeral Plans
Legal Assist
Debt Solutions – Debt Counselling, Debt Mediation, Debt Review Removal
Giving you so a large range means that you will be able to make a sale to almost anyone you meet.

Earning Potential
To give you some idea, the Commission per sale for Legal Assist is R100.
This is split into 4 equal payments of R25 spread over the first four months, subject to the client paying each month.
If you do just 5 sales per day and work only 20 days per month, that would be 100 sales per month.
By month four your income would be R10,000 per month and that’s just on one product.

The funeral commission works in exactly the same way.
Debt Counselling is R1,500 (we pay 30% of the Debt Counselling Fee as a commission).
Just one sale per week would give you an income of R6,000 per month.

Opportunity
Can you recruit and manage a Team of Agents?
You also have the ability to recruit your own team of agents to work in the same way.
You’ll be their Manager and first point of contact at all times.
Commission is payable on ALL sales that they do on the campaigns.
How many people do you know with the relevant experience that could do this, as well as advertising to recruit your Team.
There are NO restrictions on the number of agents that you can recruit for this, if they meet the above criteria.

Outbound TeleSales Agent – UNCAPPED Commission ONLY (Work from Home)

We’re expanding our work from home agents and are looking for people who are self-managed, able to work remotely & have a hunger for commission.
Established for over twenty years we are a Financial Solutions Company with a portfolio of products.

You will need the following;
• Good Internet Connection either Fibre or LTE
• A PC/Laptop/Tablet or Smart Device with headset/earphones
• MINIMUM 2-3+ years Outbound Telesales Experience
• A MINIMUM commitment to 20 hours per week
• You should you be alone during working hours and there should be no noise distractions or interference
