We're looking for a reliable Field Technician to service cash handling equipment for customers in Gqeberha and the surrounding areas.

Key duties:
• Repair and preventative maintenance
• Meet SLA's
• Report & escalate issues
• Manage stock
• Assist with stock takes
• Submit completed job cards timeously
• Accurate reporting
• Professional client liaison and interactions
• Follow up on service/repair requests.

Qualifications, skills & experience
• Electronic / related tertiary qualification
• 5 years’ exp in repair / maintaining hardware
• Strong technical & electronics knowledge
• Own reliable vehicle & valid drivers' license
• Work independently and meet deadlines
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Display initiative and self-discipline
• High focus on customer care/satisfaction
• Strong reporting and admin skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must reside in or close to Port Elizabeth
• Clean criminal & credit record
