You’ll be responsible for configuring, managing, and optimising enterprise-level file transfer systems ensuring secure, seamless, and compliant data movement across the organisation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
System Management: Configure, manage, and maintain SFTP, FTPS, and MFT solutions.
Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
Security & Compliance: Implement encryption protocols and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve file transfer issues; provide 24/7 support for critical operations.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including network, firewall, and system admins.
Documentation & Mentoring: Create clear documentation and guide junior engineers.
Project Management: Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives and solution upgrades.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in IT
Proven experience managing enterprise file transfer systems.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Perl, Python, VB, Cobol, XML).
IBM mainframe experience.
In-depth understanding of IT security principles and encryption.
Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving mindset.
Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and team collaboration.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in banking, risk management, and IT security frameworks.
Sound understanding of SOA, SDLC, systems analysis, and multiple operatingsystems.
Project and financial management principles and experience essential.
