Our client is looking to employ a Finance Clerk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Referral Commission – collecting and follow-up on outstanding commission payments.
Processing client and supplier invoices – various travel arrangements
Capturing of EFT payments / receipts into a Cashbook
Banking – Loading of beneficiaries / payments
Processing/receipting of credit card swipes / EFT deposits
Assisting supplier /client reconciliations
Issuing proof of payments
General office admin /filing
Handling of queries
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric with Accounting and Mathematic
Completed /or partially completed Tertiary Accounting Qualification – NQF6 or higher
Computer literate on Excel and Outlook
18 months relevant Admin /Finance experience is must!
