POSITION
Financial / Management Accountant CA(SA)

LOCATION
Johannesburg, Sandton, South Africa

SALARY
R650 000 – R750 000 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in setting up financial processes and controls.
Prepare monthly financial reports for 30 brokers.
Analyse broker performance and financial trends.
Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.
Assist with variance analysis and management account preparation.
Draft annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
Manage the General Ledger Accounting package.
Prepare Tax/VAT returns.
Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective planning and prioritisation skills.
Newly qualified CA(SA) with up to 2 years of post-articles experience.
Fluent in Afrikaans.
Excellent Excel skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft GP (advantageous but not required).
