Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our fleet operations and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee all fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Fleet and Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
