Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
• Speak, read and write German fluently as well as English.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering consistent excellence in customer service in a contact centre environment. ?
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer complaints. ?
• Ability to undertake intensive training in complex products such as loyalty programs, help-desk services etc
