We're URGENTLY seeking a Mid-Level Graphic Designer, for a 6 months Contract The purpose and core of this job is winning business support, from Bid Office through to Sales and Commercial Pricing, using design skills to better interpret and position Client's content for internal and external consumption. Highly dynamic and fluctuating Telecommunications industry.

Duties & Responsibilities
Creative Interpretation of complex and technical information into content that is visual in nature and understandable by non-technical viewers
Facilitate and guide creative discussions with individuals across all levels of business and all areas of business e.g. Commercial, Sales, Products etc.
Workload and deadline management is essential to ensure that all projects are given the appropriate amount of time for completion.
Clear communication between design office and stakeholders are essential, especially around deadlines to manage delivery expectations.
Prioritizing workload according to benefits to business.
Focus on work that brings most value to the business as priority.
Design is often the last step in any process and the ability to handle stress and pressure, while still delivering is essential
Fast and accurate production of work to minimizing revisions
Creative vision and thinking
High level of attention to detail
Manage multiple projects running at any given time
Develop visual presentations that are clean and fresh
Maintain awareness of industry trends and adapt design accordingly
Technical understanding of software’s to best utilize their functions
Infallible ethical standard to ensure content privacy
Strictly follow and ensure team compliance of relevant policies and procedures
Ensure effective due diligence process is adhered too
Ensure proper controls are in place to manage key risks across the business (document version control and content privacy)
Appropriate implementation of DoA
Identify potential issues and escalate timeously

Quality Control
Utilize sound practices that comply with best practice, legislation or other regulations / parameters / guidelines.
Maintain quality standards that will enhance the customer experience
Work consistently according to standard operating procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification
MUST have a minimum 3 - year qualification in graphic design / visual communication
Minimum 5 years relevant corporate experience with internal studio
Knowledge in telecommunications
Proven experience Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Advanced Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Experience in Digital and Interactive Design
Strong business acumen to ensure professionalism when dealing with short deadlines or difficult clients
