We are looking to recruit a vibrant Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced, mid-sized Contact Centre based in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.

(English and Portuguese Speaking)

Qualifications and competencies required:
Graphic Design degree / diploma, or equivalent qualification and experience.
Media / Communications / Marketing degree / diploma, or equivalent qualification advantageous.
Must be able to speak, read and write English and Portuguese.
Basic HTML and CSS experience advantageous.
Minimum of 12 months experience in a client liaison environment.
Minimum of 12 months experience in an advertising or marketing agency and / or motor manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
A valid drivers license (advantageous).
Key skills required:

Proficiency in Adobe software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.).
Video editing experience using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Social content creation and social ad management.
Securing new revenue streams in the Digital Media space.
Customer service orientated.
Excellent communication skills, including understanding and interpreting briefs.
Attention to detail.
Ability to think logically and analytically.
Reliable, self-disciplined and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask across different projects and tasks.
HTML creation skills advantageous (VS Code / Dreamweaver).
Advanced computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experiencing using 3D software (i.e. Blender) advantageous.
