HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS MANAGER (5* HOSPITALITY)

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric
• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (ESSENTIAL)
• Minimum of 8+ years’ Senior Management experience at a 5-star Luxury property
• Minimum 5+ years’ senior management experience in a Game Reserve environment
• Experience in guest service excellence, operational efficiency, financial & budget
management, manage and oversee lodge staff, HSE regulations, oversee HR and training & development initiatives, IT & technology solutions
• Highly experienced on lodge/hotel-specific software (GAAP / OPERA etc.)
• Proficient on all MS Office packages with Advanced MS Excel
• Willing to accept live in position, excluding meals
• Valid driver’s license (no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)
• Own reliable vehicle
