HOSPITALITY RESERVATIONIST (5 * GAME LODGE)

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• SALARY ON OFFER: R16 500.00 per month + Provident Fund + Onsite Clinic
• Matric
• Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management / equivalent from a reputable hotel school (ESSENTIAL)
• Front of House experience at a 5* Luxury Property (ESSENTIAL)
• Minimum of 3 years’ Hospitality FOH experience at a 5* Luxury Property
• Experience in tele-sales iro bookings and packages & amenities
• Proficient on Protel PMS / OPERA PMS (ESSENTIAL)
• Proficient on all MS Office packages (MS Word & MS Excel)
• Experienced in living, working & selling game reserve & 5* hospitality packages (ESSENTIAL)
• Professional, well-spoken and presentable for international guests to SA
• Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written)
• High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements)
• Contactable references & solid work history
• Live-in position excluding meals (11 days on / 3 days off cycle)
