Development of HR strategy
Management of Recruitment & selection process
Oversee employee onboarding
Managing Employee Relations
Ensuring compliance with labour laws
Administering Payroll & Benefits Programme
Develop & implement performance management systems
Advise Senior management
Facilitate effective communication between employee and management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Degree in HR
8 years in HR Management
5 years in HR Leadership role
SABPP or IPM certification
